About you:
With a high level of payroll expertise you will bring with you both a team and customer focused approach. Alongside being able to work in a fast paced environment where you can make a difference every day.
Reporting to the Payroll Hub Leader you will be part of the payroll outsourcing team who provide services to approx. 2000 clients. Our clients range in size, complexity, frequency and industry so there is always something new to learn.
You will have a full understanding of UK payroll legislation and be comfortable and composed working under pressure. Alongside a desire to learn, be a strong team player and support your dedicated payroll portfolio by achieving the highest level of service delivery to our customers.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Complete customer tasks as scheduled, including all aspects of running payroll
• Comply with all standard procedures to ensure that the highest levels of accuracy are achieved
• Work with dedicated customers on any issues encountered by either party
• Ensure all KPI and SLA’s are achieved
• Ability to continually seek and implement process improvements
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Previous payroll experience within a Payroll Bureau or In-House team
• Numerate with a keen eye to detail
• Calm and balanced approach at all times and excellent communication skills
• Ability to take ownership and manage customer accounts
• Ability to take initiative and work within a fast paced dynamic team
• Good Microsoft Office skills
