About you: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic Unleashed team. You'll have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable product requirements. As a Product Owner, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business goals and user needs. You'll have a natural growth mindset and drive to achieve great outcomes for Unleashed customers and the Access business. Day-to-day, you will: • Create, maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent and understood as requirements and opportunities change. • Participate/lead in sprint planning, grooming and all ceremonies through the sprint period - track and report on product performance using key metrics. • Collaborate closely with development teams during sprints, to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery of features. • Conduct customer/market research, analyse data and monitor industry trends to inform product decisions and identify opportunities. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to end-of-life, development, ideally in a SaaS software environment. • An analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving skills to effectively manage and align diverse stakeholders and understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. • Proven leadership &/or influencing skills and experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can demonstrate working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. • Proficiency with product management tools such as ADO (Azure Dev Ops), Confluence would be a benefit - any relevant Product certification would be a plus. • Ideally 3 to 4 years working in a SaaS product environment.
