About you:  You’ll be an excellent rapport builder – confident, approachable and able to connect with people at all levels. Building strong, lasting relationships will come naturally to you, and you’ll quickly gain the trust and respect of multiple contacts within each client account. Alongside this, you’ll bring excellent administrative and organisational skills, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Your ability to manage your time effectively, prioritise competing demands, and stay on top of detail will mean you can support clients and colleagues with ease. Day-to-day, you will:  • Create trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders within our key clients • Regularly contact and visit clients on site to maintain relationships • Manage contract renewal negotiations to a successful conclusion • Create action plans for customer satisfaction in conjunction with the customer success and implementation teams • Create proposals and order forms to support any contract resigns or customer work • Identify business opportunities for portfolio products and services within each account • Manage the opportunity pipeline for your accounts and ensure our CRM is always accurate and up to date • ‘Own’ the customer relationship and be the daily point of contact and key problem solver • Engage with our customer success team to ensure SLAs and support services are meeting client needs • Work with our marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns for existing client accounts • Create and deliver software demonstrations and presentations that convey the benefits our portfolio of products and services can deliver • Create sales and resource requirement forecasts for the senior management team Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Have experience of working within a software company, recruitment/HR or digital would be highly desirable • Have excellent presentation / software demonstration skills • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills • Can build relationships with key stakeholders at multiple levels within an organisation • Are highly motivated and results oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit • Have a full, clean driving licence What are we all about?  We’re committed to being a great place to work, empowering and inspiring you to grow and reach your full potential.
