About you: · Quality Control: Accurately quality checking Regulated Local Searches and ensuring timely delivery, maintaining a high standard of precision and efficiency. · Client Engagement: Building strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries with professionalism and care. · Supplier Coordination: Communicating with suppliers to confirm turnaround times and facilitate payments, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients. · Managerial Support: Proactively actioning requests from managers, always prioritising the needs and best interests of our clients. Day-to-day, you will: · Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (a plus, not a must). · Strong computer literacy and clear, confident communication skills. · A high level of flexibility and dependability, a naturally customer-centric approach to problem-solving and strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. · Ability to learn quickly and perform well under pressure & Impeccable attention to detail · Demonstrated success in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
