About you:  The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for the effective operation and management of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) controls and processes. This role ensures that user access across the organization is compliant with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. You'll be the guardian of our content quality, working across articles, videos, and outbound messaging to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment with our brand standards. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both strategic thinking and practical implementation skills. Day-to-day, you will:  1. Operating IGA Controls: Utilize the AzureAD, Saviynt IGA, PAM solution tools to implement and manage IGA controls, including orphan account management, expiring reviews, and system account management. Ensure timely and accurate processing of access requests, role assignments, and modifications. 2. Access Reviews and Campaigns: Generate and manage access review campaigns using Saviynt to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Address and resolve issues related to reviewers who are no longer with the organization (reviewers to leavers). 3. User Provisioning and De-Provisioning: Automate and streamline user provisioning and de-provisioning processes within the Saviynt tool. Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding of employees, contractors, and third-party users. 4. Incident Management: Investigate and respond to IAM-related security incidents using Saviynt. Coordinate with the Security Operations Centre (SOC) to resolve access-related issues. 5. Policy Enforcement, Mailbox Management, Documentation and Reporting, Support Application on-boarding:   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). • Hands-on experience with the Saviynt IGA tool is a huge plus and will significantly enhance your candidacy. • An understanding of what IAM technologies and protocols are (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Active Directory). • Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
