About you:
We’re looking for an experienced digital marketer with strong skills in large website projects, UX, CRO and SEO to join our digital team. This is an exciting time to join Access and you’ll be getting stuck in straight away so we’re looking for someone who really knows digital and has great experience to draw from!
We need someone with deep knowledge of the core principles of SEO, CRO and UX and has proven experience of spearheading positive change while baking in best practice – your results should speak for themselves. You’ll be a data-driven problem solver and not afraid to challenge the status quo. You’ll have a skill for communicating technical information in an accessible way.
Day-to-day, you will:
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
: Drive lead generation by creating best-in-class user experiences on commercial websites, with a strong focus on onsite conversion to lead.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
Provide performance analysis and actionable insights to the Digital Product Owner, recommending and supporting test-and-learn initiatives to enhance results.
Website Management & SEO Strategy:
Manage and deliver onsite optimisations and content updates, while leading SEO efforts across technical, content, and offsite initiatives.
Strategic & Technical Partnership
: Act as a technical partner to the Digital Product Owner, ensuring all initiatives are commercially driven and customer-focused.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Project & Technical Delivery Experience:
Proven experience in project management, particularly in delivering technical and digital projects, including the development and implementation of technical/digital requirements.
Data Literacy & Reporting
Strong numeracy and data literacy skills, with the ability to accurately report on performance in a clear and accessible way.
Digital Tools & CMS Expertise
Hands-on experience with a wide range of digital tools, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Optimize (or similar), SEMrush (or similar), heatmapping tools like Clarity/HotJar, and Looker Studio (or similar). Familiarity with various CMS platforms - experience with Umbraco is a bonus.
SEO, UX & CRO Knowledge
Solid understanding and experience in technical, on-page and off-page SEO, as well as UX and onsite optimisation (CRO).
