Position Summary: As a member of the Digital Sales team, you will be in a hardworking, fast-paced environment and have a portfolio of products to sell specific to the Division. Your role will include finding upsell and cross sell opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships. Key accountabilities and responsibilities: -Build a multi-level relationship with the customers and nurture every opportunity -Understand the business plans and expectations of your customers -Host meetings at all levels with customers -Once a sale is made, ensure a smooth handover to the projects team -Always provide the highest level of customer service and technical expertise to customers. -You may be required to attend exhibitions, host seminars, present sales ideas or attend meetings in support of other salespeople. -Be prepared to organise telephone reference sites or site visits for either your own or other team member’s prospects -Be persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts -Attend Sales training to develop career path -To work in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. -Use social media to drive new contacts and opportunities -Keep up to date with changes in the market specific to your division Key performance indicators: -Achieve a sales target for Software as a Service (SaaS) on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis -Respond to enquiries quickly and efficiently and provide feedback to cultivate the rest of the team -Ensure you generate a strong pipeline of opportunities to enable you to achieve your sales targets -Keep daily activity high through various means calls / emails / social media. Skill, Experience and Qualifications -Minimal 2 years experiences and abovein selling software via video calls and over the phone is strongly preferable. -Ability to work in a fast-paced segment, with the ability to adapt to the constant growth -A motivated self-starter with a coachable mindset and openness to feedback, who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, ‘never give up’ attitude. Competitive drive balanced with team collaboration. -An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices -Ability and willingness to work both independently and as part of a team -Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation. -Any prior experience selling to customers in Australia and New Zealand, would be advantageous, along with an understanding of their business culture and etiquette -Persuasive and compelling in expressing ideas and concepts -Strong written communication skills with an attention to detail -Have good administration skills: you will be required to keep our Salesforce and Clari systems up to date with Account and Opportunity information and for weekly forecasting of your sales numbers -Have experience of using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Chat GPT and the ability to apply these to your daily tasks. Have the curiosity to build your AI skill set to significantly enhance your productivity and develop your sales skills. -Always remain calm and polite, even under intense pressure -Strong computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Training will be provided on Clari, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Advanced CRM skills will be developed in your role.
