Apply to find out more. About you: As our Talent Attraction Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling our sourcing strategy. You’ll lead a team of sourcing specialists, develop innovative talent attraction strategies, and partner with key stakeholders to build a proactive and high-performing sourcing function. This is a unique opportunity to create something from the ground up—bringing fresh ideas, driving best practices, and making a real impact on how we find and engage the best talent. Day-to-day, you will: • Build and lead a team of sourcing specialists, coaching and empowering them to succeed. • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, ensuring a strong pipeline of top talent. • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates. • Leverage market insights, talent mapping, and advanced search techniques to identify and engage exceptional candidates. • Enhance our employer brand by positioning The Access Group an employer of choice in key talent markets. • Drive innovation by optimizing tools, AI-driven sourcing techniques, and data-driven decision-making.   Your skills and experiences might also include: •Proven experience in sourcing, talent attraction, or recruitment, with exposure to leading or coaching a team. •Expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and proactive candidate engagement. •Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. •Passion for innovative sourcing techniques, including AI, automation, and digital platforms. •A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—someone who thrives on building, problem-solving, and driving results.
