We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you: As a Strategic Account Executive in our Technology Enabled Care (TEC) division within Local Government, you'll own revenue generation through a focused portfolio of high-value channel partners. You'll be accountable for hitting ambitious sales targets by maximising partner performance, driving deal velocity, and expanding market penetration across the local authority sector. Your success will be measured on your ability to transform partner relationships into predictable revenue streams. You'll work with a select group of established TEC partners, treating each as a strategic sales channel that requires nurturing, enablement, and performance management to deliver consistent results. Day-to-day, you will: • Drive revenue through strategic partner management - Work at C-suite and senior leadership level with partners to align their sales strategies with your quota objectives, creating joint value propositions that accelerate Local Government deal closure. • Own the partner sales pipeline - Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop compelling partner propositions that increase win rates and deal sizes across your territory. • Maximise revenue per partner - Strengthen relationships to drive increased TEC sales velocity whilst identifying cross-sell opportunities across the broader Access portfolio to exceed quota expectations. • Orchestrate deal execution - Coordinate internal Access resources to support partner-led opportunities, managing channel conflicts whilst ensuring optimal deal progression. Lead price strategy to ensure commercial alignment with Access and Partner on tender submissions. • Remove sales barriers - Monitor partner implementation processes, proactively addressing obstacles that could impact deal completion and revenue recognition. • Maintain competitive advantage - Stay current with market intelligence, competitor positioning, and procurement trends to identify new revenue opportunities and protect existing pipeline. • Master the solution portfolio - Develop expert knowledge of Access TEC propositions and complementary solutions to maximise cross-sell potential and deal value. • Manage the relationship with the partner’s Procurement, Operations and Finance leads to align supply to demand across multiple locations and smooth processing from order to invoice. • Project manage actions, risks and issues to drive commercial success for each contract. Escalating when appropriate internally and at the partner. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • Extensive experience in channel management, sales, or business development in senior B2B sales roles. • Proven ability to manage and nurture channel partner relationships, driving growth and expanding partnerships through strategic collaboration and continuous support. • Project and change management skills to drive adoption of Access’ innovative software and evolving partner/customer service models to meet the increasing demands on Social Care. • Able to work independently or within a small team, demonstrating integrity, loyalty, and honesty while building positive relationships with colleagues and clients, and maintaining a commitment to self-development and lifelong learning. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload. • Possess advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with experience in Salesforce being advantageous. • Valid UK driving licence.
