Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated IT Automation and Data Analysis Intern to join our technology team. This role offers hands-on experience in streamlining IT processes through automation while leveraging data analytics and AI technologies to drive operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming, data analysis, and emerging AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
IT Automation:
•Develop and implement automated scripts for routine IT tasks using Python, PowerShell, or Shell Script similar technologies
•Create workflow automation solutions for system monitoring, user provisioning, and software deployment
•Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for application deployment
•Support infrastructure automation using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar platforms
•Document automation processes and create user guides for IT staff
Data Analysis:
•Collect, clean, and analyze IT performance metrics and system logs
•Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries
•Perform statistical analysis to identify trends in system performance and user behavior
•Generate regular reports on IT infrastructure health and utilization patterns
•Support capacity planning initiatives through predictive analytics
AI Integration:
•Operates modern AI tools such as n8n or it’s equivalent for IT operations optimization
•Implement chatbots or virtual assistants for IT help desk automation
•Assist in developing AI-powered solutions for log analysis and incident prediction
•Stay current with emerging AI technologies and their potential IT applications
Required Qualifications
•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field
•Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
•Familiarity with SQL and database management concepts
•Good understanding of AI automation tools such as n8n or it’s equivalent
•Experience in using either one of Github Copilot, Cursor.AI, Windsurf, Cline , RooCode, ClaudeCode, Gemini CLI will an added advantage
•Good understanding of prompt engineering
•Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and cloud platforms
•Knowledge of data visualization tools and statistical analysis methods
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
•Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience in either one of the AI assisted coding tool such as Github Copilot, Cursor.AI, Windsurf, Cline , RooCode, ClaudeCode, Gemini CLI
•Experience with automation tools like n8n or it’s equivalent
•Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
•Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
•Understanding of DevOps practices and tools
•Previous internship or project experience in IT or data analytics
•Certifications in relevant technologies (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
•Experience with version control systems like Github
