About You
You are a creative and operationally-focused content professional who brings learning experiences to life through compelling visual storytelling and seamless production execution. You have extensive experience in content production workflows, from initial concept through final delivery, and understand how to balance creative vision with practical constraints and budgets.
You thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same, whether you're scouting locations, directing on-site shoots, or collaborating with subject matter experts to craft engaging narratives. You have a keen eye for storytelling that drives learning outcomes and know how to translate instructional objectives into visually compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
You're naturally collaborative, working effectively with subject matter experts, content developers, digital designers, and external contributors to bring complex ideas to life. You
understand the technical aspects of eLearning while never losing sight of the learner experience and business impact.
Day-to-day, you will:
· Content Production Leadership - Lead end-to-end production of high-quality learning content across multiple formats including video and eLearning.
· Location Producer - Travel to locations and direct on-site shoots. Coordinate logistics, manage production crews, and ensure all content captures the intended learning objectives while maintaining brand standards and quality.
· Contributor Network Development - Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with subject matter experts and content contributors. Build a diverse network of contributors who can provide authentic, expert perspectives across various learning topics and industries.
· Narrative Development - Ensure compelling narrative flow and instructional design to transform learning objectives into engaging stories that drive knowledge retention and behaviour change.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with a range of content disciplines to create cohesive learning experiences ensuring alignment between creative vision and technical execution.
· Production Workflow - Continuously improve production processes, workflows, and quality standards. Implement efficient systems for content review, approval, and version control while maintaining creative excellence.
· Quality Assurance - Oversee all aspects of content quality from technical specifications to learning effectiveness. Ensure content meets accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and instructional design best practices.
· AI Technology – Explore and implement AI tools that enhance content production efficiency and quality.
As an experienced Content Producer, your skills and experiences likely include:
· Significant experience in content production for learning or corporate communications, with demonstrated success in managing complex productions
· Track record of on-location producing including directing shoots and co-ordinating logistics
· Experience in building and managing contributor networks, including identifying talent, negotiating agreements, and maintaining ongoing relationships
· Deep understanding of visual storytelling and instructional design principles
· Hands-on experience with video production, content management systems and eLearning tools
· Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent productions, timelines, and budgets
· Collaborative communication style with proven ability to work effectively with diverse creative and technical teams
· Knowledge of accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and quality assurance processes for digital content
· Understanding of learning analytics and how to measure content effectiveness and engagement
· Flexibility to travel domestically for content production as needed
· Creative problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and adaptability in dynamic work environments
· Experience with content production tools, project management software, and digital asset management systems
