About you
You’re a proactive and customer-focused professional, fluent in German, with a strong background in renewals and retention within SaaS or software industries. You enjoy building lasting customer relationships, driving retention strategies, and collaborating across teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Day-to-day, you will:
• Own and drive retention and renewal strategies for a portfolio of German-speaking customers, ensuring maximum Gross Revenue Retention (GRR).
• Lead on Net Revenue Retention (NRR), churn reduction initiatives, and renewal negotiations.
• Build strong relationships by conducting renewal and retention conversations in German, understanding customer needs, goals, and challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver renewal opportunities and share customer feedback from the German market.

Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Fluent German and excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in Customer Success, Renewals, or Account Management.
• Proven track record in achieving retention and renewal targets within SaaS/software businesses.
• Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), renewal forecasting, and commercial negotiation.
