With 20+ years of uninterrupted growth, we are seeking a Senior Rewards Advisor to support our growing Americas region.


About You: 

As a Senior Rewards Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive rewards strategies. With your expertise in compensation, benefits, global mobility, and Americas-specific experience, as well as your skills in broker and vendor management, you will ensure our programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives. 


Day to day, you will:

  • Compensation Management: Design, evaluate, and refine compensation structures that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices. 
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the development and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with local regulations. Provide guidance on health, wellness, and retirement plans. 
  • Global Mobility: Manage international assignments and relocations, ensuring compliance with immigration and tax regulations. Develop policies that support the mobility of our global workforce, with a focus on Americas-specific requirements. 
  • Americas Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the Americas market to tailor compensation and benefits programs that meet regional needs. Stay updated on regional trends, regulations, and best practices. 
  • Broker and Vendor Management: Manage relationships with brokers and vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services. Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure they meet our standards. 
  • Data Analysis: Analyze compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Utilize analytics to drive decision-making and strategy development. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align reward programs with company goals and employee needs. Provide consultation and support on all rewards-related matters. 
  • Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay current with changes in laws and best practices in the rewards field. 
  • Employee Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to educate employees about compensation and benefits programs. Foster a culture of transparency and understanding. 

Your skills and experience will include:

Required:

  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and global mobility, with significant exposure to the Americas region. 
  • Proven track record in managing and developing comprehensive rewards programs, including broker and vendor management. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Proficiency in Workday and compensation analysis tools. 
  • In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits regulations and practices, particularly in the Americas region. 
  • Familiarity with global mobility trends and compliance requirements. 
  • Expertise in broker and vendor management. 

Location: Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central time zones to ensure alignment with our core business hours and effective collaboration with our team.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Any compensation outside the stated range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
