Day-to-day, you will:  - Join one of our high performing, self-organising teams responsible for the end-to -end development, deployment, monitoring and ownership of application services and components. - Collaborate with Product on functional requirements and work with our enabler teams in the QA, Platform and DevOps space to ensure consistently high-quality deliverables. - Encourage innovation & creative problem solving, challenging the status-quo, whilst being totally committed to adding value to the business & our customers. Your skills and experiences might also include: - Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in .NET (Framework/Core), with strong skills in architecture, design, security, performance, and relational/NoSQL databases. - Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular), cloud platforms (preferably AWS), CI/CD, version control, and test automation. - Skilled in requirement analysis, estimation, Agile practices, and independently managing and delivering projects with a focus on risk management and accountability. - Provides technical leadership, promotes engineering best practices, conducts code reviews, ensures early defect discovery, and collaborates closely with QA to maintain high-quality standards.
