About you: As a Senior Director of Marketing, reporting to Siobhan Wallace, VP Marketing, and sitting on the Marketing Leadership Team, you'll be a key leader responsible for overseeing the marketing performance of a group of software companies in the Access portfolio. You'll determine functional and divisional strategy, contributing to overall business strategy while delivering our ambitious FY26 growth targets focused on AI-powered innovation and digital transformation. You will gain strong industry, business and competition knowledge with wider accountability for a portfolio number and deeper level of understanding of the commercial imperatives. You have the ability to spot patterns and trends that will support Software Company in performance success, quickly diagnose and address underperformance - activity and individuals, and understand market shifts and changing dynamics of both the sectors you are responsible for and the marketing/GTM landscape. Your expertise involves cross portfolio coordination - identifying and leveraging opportunities that can provide value and scales across the portfolio, scaling winning approaches across from one Software Company to another, while balancing functional/group led initiatives with the Software Company priorities and ensuring execution and adoption of central programmes. Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership · Cross Portfolio Coordination: Identifying and leveraging opportunities that can provide value and scales across the portfolio. Scaling winning approaches across from one Software Company to another · AI-Driven Strategy Development: Lead the implementation of our AI-supercharged GTM engine, leveraging breakthrough conversion strategies and AI-optimised content through the funnel · Central Programme Balance: Balancing functional/group led initiatives with the Software Company priorities. Ensuring execution and adoption of central programmes · Market Intelligence: Be the voice of the customer inside Access – understand business goals and pain points across portfolio companies FY26 Performance Delivery · Performance Management: Wider accountability for a portfolio number, deeper level of understanding of the commercial imperatives. Ability to spot patterns and trends that will support Software Company in performance success · Revenue Targets: Contribute to delivery of Order Intake Target and Pipe Creation Target through AI-enhanced demand generation programs · Pipeline Excellence: Contribute to Pipe Creation (WRAP) target, and improved win rates through high-intent pipeline delivery · Underperformance Resolution: Ability to quickly diagnose and address underperformance - activity and individuals Operational Excellence · Team Development: Building a high performing team of 6-8 Software Company marketing leaders that deliver on FY26 targets and beyond · Digital Transformation: Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives and targeted digital GTM campaigns that deliver breakthrough conversion strategies · AI Integration: Supercharge marketing teams with AI tools, creating more time for strategic initiatives and fostering a learn-it-all together culture Key Performance Indicators Revenue & Growth Metrics (depending on Software Companies in portfolio) · Order Intake Target, Total BWSP, WRAP Target · Conversion rates – full funnel and win rate improvements · Revenue generated and forecasting accuracy, Gross Revenue Retention AI & Digital Performance · Evo Platform pipeline development · Cost of acquisition and return on AI-enhanced spend · Digital journey conversion metrics · Customer adoption, expansion and retention rates Leadership & Culture · Employee engagement scores · ESP/PTG completion rates (target: 100%) · Team development and capability building metrics · Cross-functional collaboration effectiveness Experience, Qualifications and Attributes · Strategic Leadership: Strong industry, business and competition knowledge with proven experience managing portfolio teams, strategies and projects that deliver revenue at senior director level · Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong track record in AI-enhanced marketing, working with sales teams to accelerate growth and customer acquisition · Performance Management: Experience in strategic marketing planning with metrics-driven management and clear track record of maximising ROI through innovative technologies · Executive Influence: Proven experience working with senior leaders, anticipating market factors and resolving complex business challenges What does Access offer you?
