You like to get to the root cause of issues and can explain technical concepts in simple terms. You work well both independently and as part of a team, keeping calm under pressure and staying focused on delivering results. ________________________________________ Day-to-day, you will: • Deliver outstanding customer service and product support through chat, phone, and email, meeting agreed response times (SLAs) • Record and manage cases in our system, resolving or escalating issues as needed • Spot recurring problems and contribute to solutions that improve the customer experience • Promote and maintain the Customer Success Portal and Knowledge Base articles ________________________________________ Your skills and experiences might also include: • Previous experience in a customer-facing role • Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain professional in challenging situations • Ability to quickly learn new software and technical concepts • Flexibility and good planning skills to adapt to changing priorities ________________________________________ What are we all about?
