About you

What You'll Actually Be Doing…..
Be the Champion of Champions
You'll lead our incredible global network of DE&I & Wellbeing Champions, think of yourself as the coach of a worldwide team of culture heroes:
Scout for Talent, you’ll be recruiting global Champions who can make a real difference
Run the show by chairing monthly global Champion All Hands to energise and guide them into action
Train and empower new Champions with learning paths powered by smart technology
Be their go-to person keeping Champions are up to date on the latest plans, and you’re keeping them on track
Create Campaigns That Matter
Forget boring corporate communications. You'll help craft impactful global campaigns that our people genuinely want to engage with:
Own the calendar – from International Women's Day to Mental Health Awareness Week, you'll make sure we know what's happening when
Think globally, act locally – help regional Champions create campaigns that resonate locally but can be showcased globally
Harness AI creativity for content that's automatically personalised for different cultures and contexts
Learn as you grow using smart sentiment analysis to see what's working in real-time
Be everywhere – across all our internal comms channels, your campaigns will be impossible to miss
Master the Digital Experience
You'll be the architect of our digital wellbeing and inclusion universe:
Build amazing digital experiences that our people actually want to visit (and AI will help them find exactly what they need)
Create killer content using generative AI for everything from blog posts to videos
Make it smart – implement AI-powered search so our content has never been easier for our people to find
Stay on the pulse – monitor analytics and use AI to surface trends
Turn Data Into Magic
Numbers tell stories, and you'll be our master storyteller:
Be the pulse-checker – monitor Champion engagement through Peakon surveys and local feedback, utilising AI to turn data into insights that matter
Reflect the Champions voice – regularly brief Thrive Leads with observations from your Champion interactions, shaping our overall strategy
Watch the digital heartbeat – track engagement on our Wellbeing and DE&I hubs, then serve up recommendations that really move the needle
Predict the future using AI analytics to help uncover trends before they become widespread challenges
Continuously evolve by using AI methods to constantly improve every aspect of how you work, making you more effective every day
