About you:
As the Senior Demand Generation Manager - EarlyPay, you will develop and own the strategic marketing plan for the EarlyPay business working with sales, product to deliver against pipeline, order and revenue targets. The role will drive the development and execution of key marketing programmes that will grow incremental revenue for the business both primarily within the existing Access Group customer base as well as supporting overseas expansion. You will craft compelling messaging and content for our EarlyPay key target segments and develop strong propositions.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Support the development of EarlyPay product propositions, messaging and content for target personas tailored for each market segment.
• Gain in-depth understanding of the buying process and the buyer DNA in order to execute relevant sales enablement and nurture programmes that improve conversion rates.
• Build collaborative relationships with your key internal stakeholders through frequent, consistent and effective interaction. Act as the trusted, go-to-person for EarlyPay marketing.
• Develop your sector knowledge to build and execute multi-channel marketing programmes to drive lead generation and improve win rates.
• Develop programmes to engage our EarlyPay customer base to launch new capabilities (eg. Vouchers) and drive activation among end users.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Proven B2B Marketing experience, preferably in a software business.
• Experience of or demonstrable understanding of creating compelling Marketing propositions and translating these into engaging Sales enablement programmes.
• Have demonstrable and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and translate product information into customer outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience of implementing successful marketing programmes and lead generation campaigns using a wide variety of media and mediums.
