Overview:

The Salesforce Support Administrator will be primarily responsible for servicing support queries from end users, performing administrative tasks and supporting Senior Administrators to maintain platform optimisation. The ideal candidate is someone with some hands on experience with Salesforce who is looking to broaden their knowledge of the platform whilst contributing to ongoing success of the team.

Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support for Salesforce users, managing support calls and escalating to senior members of team where necessary.
• Managing data requests, ensuring accuracy across the business systems estate.
• Basic Salesforce Administration tasks (Data maintenance, reports, dashboards, page layouts, etc).
• User management (set up, deactivation, profile and role management).
• Create guides, videos and training materials.
• Support Senior Administrators on configuration tasks and projects.

• Provide regular reporting on Administration and case management across the platform.

Competencies and Experience:
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) Certification desired but not essential.
• Hands on experience as a Salesforce administrator or power user.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Highly organised individual who can appropriately prioritise and respond to requests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
