This role is designed to maximize sales team effectiveness by consolidating content from multiple teams, administering local incentive programs, and ensuring sales representatives have streamlined access to the resources they need to drive revenue. The successful candidate will serve as a critical operational liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and HR teams to organize content, manage SPIFF programs, and provide comprehensive sales support. Day-to-day, you will:  · Content Management - Consolidate, organize, and maintain sales materials from multiple teams ensuring accessibility and accuracy · SPIFF Administration - Design, implement, and track local sales incentive programs with accurate performance monitoring · Program Support - Provide operational assistance for training programs, sales events, and team activities · Compensation Queries - Respond to sales team questions regarding compensation plans, incentives, and payout structures · Administrative Operations - Maintain program records, coordinate logistics, and support sales management with reporting Detailed Responsibilities: -Content Consolidation & Management · Consolidate and organize sales materials from Marketing, Product, and other teams into accessible formats · Maintain centralized content library ensuring all sales materials are current, accurate, and properly categorized · Coordinate with content creators to gather new materials and ensure timely updates to existing resources · Customize and tailor existing content for different audiences, regions, or specific sales initiatives · Create content summaries, guides, and indexes to help sales teams quickly locate relevant materials · Consolidate competitive intelligence and market information into organized reference materials for sales teams -SPIFF & Incentive Program Administration · Design, implement, and track local Sales Performance Incentive Fund (SPIFF) programs · Coordinate with sales leadership to develop targeted incentive campaigns for specific products or regions · Monitor SPIFF performance, track participant progress, and ensure accurate payout calculations · Create promotional materials and communications to drive SPIFF participation and awareness · Maintain detailed records and reporting on all incentive program performance and ROI -Sales Program Support · Provide operational support for existing sales programs and training initiatives · Assist with logistics and coordination of sales meetings, events, and training sessions · Support onboarding programs by preparing materials and coordinating new hire activities · Help facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed · Maintain training materials and ensure content remains current and accessible -Sales Compensation & Query Support · Respond to sales team inquiries regarding compensation plans, commission structures, and payout schedules · Assist sales representatives with understanding incentive program rules and qualification criteria · Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve compensation-related questions · Provide support during compensation plan rollouts and changes · Maintain documentation and FAQs for common compensation queries -Administrative & Operational Support · Maintain accurate records and databases for all sales programs and initiatives · Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, events, and training sessions · Prepare reports and presentations on program performance and sales team activities · Support sales management with administrative tasks and special projects as needed · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all program activities Your skills and experiences might also include:   · 3-5 years work experience in sales process, programs, operations, revenue operations or demonstrably related field in SaaS/B2B software environment. · Strong organizational and database management skills for managing content libraries, databases, or resource repositories, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for content organization and reporting · Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and content management systems · Passionate about sales and developing excellent structures, processes, and people, with customer service orientation for supporting sales team requests. · Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity in international environments. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks concurrently including peak volume management with strong attention to detail in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization. · "Can do / Will do" attitude in supporting the business.
