We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.   About you:  We are seeking a dynamic Sales Administrator to support our high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, high-growth software environment. This role is critical to optimizing sales operations, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through efficient administrative processes and data-driven insights. Day-to-day, you will:  · CRM & Sales Operations Management - Maintain customer databases, support CRM workflows, and ensure data integrity across sales systems through data entry, data cleansing, and data validation · Sales Process Support - Provide comprehensive administrative support to sales teams, support the coordination of initiatives, and support cross-functional communication · Sales Enablement & Technology – Support the implementation of sales technology stack, train team members, and implement automation workflows Detailed Responsibilities: -CRM & Sales Operations Management · Support and maintain customer and prospect databases in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms) · Assist with CRM workflows, automation rules, and sales processes through data input and upload · Perform data administrative duties including data entry, data cleansing, and data validation · Support data imports, exports, and database migrations as needed · Conduct regular data quality checks and database maintenance activities · Support sales pipeline tracking including conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and revenue forecasting · Assist with generating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards · Support data integrity and ensure accurate record-keeping across all sales systems -Sales Process Support · Support sales team with lead qualification and opportunity management coordination · Provide administrative support to sales team with tasks, documentation, and follow-up activities · Provide ad-hoc administrative support to sales executives including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation · Providing administrative support to the Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Enablement team · Support the coordination of localized sales incentives, initiatives and programs and enablement activities · Assist with the gathering of key information and preparing reports or presentations relating to performance or for business reviews · Support cross-functional communication between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams · Assist with managing sales materials, presentations, and product documentation · Support and coordinate other local or ad-hoc initiatives and programs as required -Sales Enablement & Technology · Support the implementation and optimization of sales technology stack (CRM, analytics tools) · Assist with training sales team members on CRM usage and best practices · Support the implementation and management of sales automation workflows and sequences · Assist with integration of new sales tools and technologies · Support maintenance of sales process documentation and training materials Your skills and experiences might also include:   · 2-3 years work experience in sales administration, operations, coordinator or demonstrably related field in SaaS/B2B software environment. · Familiar with Salesforce, CPQ systems / quoting / billing systems, multi-platform navigation (IDB, Stripe, Clari etc) and Excel. · Passionate about sales and developing excellent structures, processes, and people, with customer service orientation for supporting sales team requests. · Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity in international environments. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks concurrently including peak volume management with strong attention to detail in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization. · "Can do / Will do" attitude in supporting the business.
