About you:
We are seeking a Sales Support professional to join the Revenue Ops team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is designed to maximize sales team productivity by reducing time spent on non-revenue generating activities and ensuring operational excellence throughout the sales lifecycle from pipeline to booking. The successful candidate will serve as a critical cross-functional liaison between Sales, Finance, Billing, and Legal teams to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
Day-to-day, you will:
· Administrative Support - Manage pipeline to booking activities, contract consolidation, SFDC case management, and month/quarter-end support to increase sales team selling time
· Process Optimization - Support multi-system quoting (IDB, CPQ, SFDC), ensure correct SKUs and framework agreements, and implement best practices to reduce deal processing time from 3+ hours
· Deal Governance - Perform daily rejected order monitoring, weekly deal audits, ensure Commercial Policy compliance, coordinate cross-functional approvals and escalations, and maintain data integrity across all sales systems
· Training & Development - Train sales team members on CRM usage, sales processes, and best practices to improve overall team efficiency
Detailed Responsibilities:
-Sales Process Optimization & Administrative Support
· Increase selling time - Reduce sales team involvement in non-revenue generating activities through comprehensive administrative support
· Pipeline to booking support - Manage administrative duties from initial pipeline through to closed deals including contract consolidation
· SFDC case management - Submit and manage Salesforce support cases to rectify SFDC fields, especially post closed-won opportunities
· Month/quarter-end support - Provide intensive administrative assistance during critical closing periods
-Quoting Systems & Process Improvement
· Multi-system quoting expertise - Support and optimize use of legacy billing systems, CPQ, and SFDC native quoting systems
· SKU and Framework Agreement accuracy - Ensure correct system usage, product codes, and framework agreements by product line
· Clari adoption - Drive improved use of Clari in day-to-day sales activities and reporting
· Process standardization - Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for deal and order management
· Training delivery - Train sales team members on CRM usage, sales processes, and best practices to improve overall team efficiency
-Deal Governance & Compliance
· Sales ABC delivery - Ensure compliance with Commercial Policy through proactive pipeline-stage engagement
· Contract accuracy - Verify first invoice dates, contract dates, and handover notes are updated accurately before closed-won status
· Order quality audits - Perform weekly tracking of closed-won deals and daily monitoring of rejected orders
· Deal structure validation - Review quotes, proposals, customer contracts, and framework agreements for accuracy and completeness
-Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Inter-departmental liaison - Serve as primary conduit between Sales and Finance, Billing, Legal teams to prevent lengthy email exchanges
· Rejection resolution - Connect with Sales and Billing teams for clarification on rejection issues and assist in case resolution
· Escalation management - Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Rev Ops, and Sales for necessary approvals and issue resolution
-System Management & Reporting
· Order processing oversight - Monitor and resolve common issues including incorrect product codes, wrong ABC values, and similar errors
· Off-system platform management - Perform order quality reviews for off-system products using Excel dashboards, Stripe or other billing systems
· Documentation maintenance - Maintain accurate records and support case tracking in Salesforce
· Data integrity management - Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate record-keeping across all sales systems
Your skills and experiences might also include:
· 3-5 years work experience in sales coordinator, operations, deal desk, revenue operations or demonstrably related field in SaaS/B2B software environment.
· Technical proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ systems / quoting / billing systems, multi-platform navigation (IDB, Stripe, Clari etc) and Excel analysis.
· Passionate about sales and developing excellent structures, processes, and people, with customer service orientation for supporting sales team requests.
· Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity in international environments.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks concurrently including peak volume management with strong attention to detail in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
· "Can do / Will do" attitude in supporting the business.
