You’re a strong coach who improves your team’s customer engagement and sales success. You create strategic sales plans, work closely with marketing to develop impactful materials, and use CRM tools to support your team. While experience in a specific sector is helpful, we value your ability to lead, innovate, and drive sales success at Access. Day-to-day, you will:  • Lead a team of Account Management & New Business sales people, managing key customer relationships and overseeing a substantial portfolio of existing accounts. • Develop and execute sales campaigns, adapting strategies based on data and market conditions. • Work closely with marketing to ensure your team is well-prepared and create joint plans to achieve sales targets. • Provide forecasts and insights to leadership, implementing a structured sales methodology to track performance. • Participate in team reviews, share market insights, and collaborate with product owners and specialist teams to recommend improvements. • This hybrid role requires travel to our headquarters and customer sites, so a valid UK driving licence is essential. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • A motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, driving change and achieving tangible sales results. • Strong background in managing Field Sales Teams and using data to enhance performance. • Excellent data analytics skills that drive sales growth. • Proven stakeholder management skills, balancing diverse perspectives and making swift decisions. • Experience in mentoring and supporting team members, fostering high engagement and performance. • Ability to quickly identify challenges and drive effective solutions.
