About You

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the implementation of a client’s payroll

function and providing client technical support reporting directly to the Professional Services Manager.

Day to Day

  • Set up and Creation of new clients
  • Payroll parallel running an area where improvement and efficiency is to be identified
  • Adhere to procedures, processes, and templates in line with existing project practices
  • Provide courteous and professional support to the high standards of the company
  • Ensure all tasks are internally reviewed prior to communicating completion with Clients or Outsourcing Team
  • Provide Level 1 Support and provide courteous and professional support to the high standards of the company
  • Responding efficiently to queries from client, employees, and 3rd party vendors via email, and website
  • Communication to clients to be professional on all occasions

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Knowledge of Payroll applications and workflows.
  • Aptitude to understand functional business processes
  • Ability to multi-task and to co-ordinate a series of different jobs concurrently
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • A high level of personal drive and self-motivation
  • A strong emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • A willingness to learn new tasks and be flexible
