About you:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Delivery/Product Owner/BA to join our Mintsoft Web product team in KL.
As a Product Owner for our Warehouse Management Software, you'll be the driving force behind features that help thousands of businesses optimize their warehouse operations every day. This is your opportunity to own the product backlog and work directly with development teams to bring beautiful, efficient solutions to life.
You'll collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and engineers to transform complex warehouse challenges into elegant software solutions. Your role bridges the gap between customer needs and technical delivery, ensuring every feature we build creates genuine value for warehouse operators, from small businesses to enterprise operations.
This position is perfect for someone with a solid foundation in product ownership who's ready to specialize in warehouse management technology. You'll grow your expertise in inventory management, order fulfilment, and warehouse automation while developing your skills in agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
Success in this role means delivering software that makes warehouse operations smoother, more accurate, and more profitable for our customers while contributing to a product team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Day-to-day, you will:
Customer Engagement & Feedback
• Attend regular customer meetings to understand pain points, capture feedback, and support solution development.
• Engage with early adopters and beta testers to gather actionable feedback.
• Support the customer service team by attending calls and handling escalations.
• Review and respond to customer suggestions via the Wish Portal and internal request channels.
• Showcase upcoming features or improvements to customers through demos, webinars, or targeted sessions.
Backlog Management & Delivery Support
• Ensure ADO (Azure DevOps) tickets are well-defined, with clear user requirements and valid acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise bugs, feature requests, and user stories to reflect business impact and customer value.
• Maintain the product roadmap using Aha!, ensuring initiatives are up-to-date and communicated.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of releases, ensuring timely delivery of quality enhancements.
Communication & Enablement
• Host and contribute to bi-weekly release reviews with the wider business, including all updates that require demoing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input, refine priorities, and align roadmap goals with business objectives.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives, including feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analyses.
• Ensure accurate release notes and help page content is maintained.
• Facilitate alignment across teams by regularly sharing updates and progress on roadmap items.
Product Strategy & Business Impact
• Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment on the roadmap and goals.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
3+ years of product ownership, business analysis, or related product management experience, preferably in B2B software environments
Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong experience with agile methodologies, user story writing, and working directly with development teams
Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain processes is highly desirable
Proven ability to gather and document requirements from diverse stakeholders and translate them into clear technical specifications
Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar) and data analysis for feature performance measurement
Excellent communication skills with ability to present to both technical and business audiences
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-focused approach with genuine interest in solving complex operational challenges through technology
