People HR is the leading HR software in the SMB marketing in the UK. First launched in 2012, we have more than 7500 business customers that use PeopleHR to solve their HR system needs. Since being acquired by The Access Group in 2019, People HR is now expanding beyond the borders of the UK to target the market in the Republic of Ireland. Sitting within the New Business sales team, this role will be the first to expand into this market and lead the way for further growth in that sales team.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Conversion of warm leads into qualified prospects

• Booking and Performing web demonstrations of the People HR Product.

• Managing individuals deals, pipeline and KPIs through Salesforce.com

• Commercial negotiation with senior stakeholders to close deals.

• Providing detailed handovers to the Project Implementation team once a customer is signed.

• Maximising revenue potential by identifying opportunity for cross selling other Access products.

What we value for this role:

• Proven new business sales experience - selling products and services to new B2B customers / upselling/cross-selling products and services to existing B2B customers

• Experience selling software / SAAS products is advantageous as is HR software experience.

• Ability to understand and evaluate the customer experience for all Access SMB products

• Exceptional organisation skills – This is a volume sales role where multiple deals will be managed at any given time

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Excellent Self-Motivation and Self Discipline

• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Good persuasion, influencing, presenting and negotiation skills
