About the role: This role is responsible for the delivery of communications through the Marketo platform that supports customer communications and demand generation to inform and support our customers as well as promote our products and services to our existing and future target audience. You'll be responsible for communications and campaign support across the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with web and creative teams, and marketing managers. This role will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform. You will have the opportunity to bring your marketing automation savvy and work as part of a dynamic, passionate and fun team in a fast-growing business. Your day-to-day: • Execute all elements of the day-to-day BAU email marketing campaigns: responsive email build, creating target lists, A/B tests, trigger campaigns, landing pages, forms, automation flows, nurtures, and social media lead gen campaigns, etc. in collaboration with the marketing team. Ensure campaigns are delivered as planned and on time. • Segment prospect and customer database based on demographics, behaviours like past engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.) and lifecycle status. • Execute QA, Testing, peer review for all marketing automation programs including the development of testing plans. Troubleshoot any aspect of the marketing automation implementation, including but not limited to: data capture failures, lead scoring errors, errors with data imports, error in campaigns execution, etc • Performance management and analytics: Continually measure and report on results vs targets for email campaigns; test, optimise and apply best practice. • Process: Define, document and guide the functional and technical requirements for driving automated campaigns. Build and/or maintain new/existing workflows for all email automation processes such as lead qualification, lead scoring, lead routing, lead assignment, nurture campaigns and trigger-based workflows. • Continuous improvement: Understand Industry best practice, compliance with governing privacy laws, emerging trends in Personalisation & Marketing Automation and the technology that supports it and make recommendations/changes to ensure these are leveraged. Conduct post-campaign analysis to provide recommendations on future campaigns. • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders through the digital marketing process, from creative ideation to approvals for campaign launch. Build solid relationships and provide continual communications with the rest of the marketing team. Skills and Experience: • Experience with marketing automation platform - Marketo. • Experience with HTML and email development best practices • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM • Excellent attention to detail • A can-do attitude and high energy to fit in with the fast pace of work • A focus on quality and results in everything you do, at pace • Self-motivated, sense of urgency and strong customer focus • Analytical thinker who is data driven • Strong process and effective project management skills driving execution cross-functionally with competing deadlines and priorities. • Team player – position is cross-functional and requires significant teamwork. • Proficiency in Google Analytics is desirable. Qualifications: • 1-2 years marketing automation experience in Marketo • A Marketing or Computer Science degree What are we all about?
