As a Junior Account Executive with ResDiary (a member of the Access group) this is your chance to connect with new businesses, demo a game-changing product and, most important to you - learn and grow as a key member of a high energy team! You may be an SDR, a recent graduate or a junior Sales representative – looking to work hard, develop your skills and have some fun along the way! Day-to-day, you will be focused on:  • Hunting for leads: researching and looking for fresh prospects and decision makers. • Building relationships: nurturing potential clients and turning cold leads into customers. • Delivering demos: showing our innovative software to hospitality professionals. • Hitting targets: aiming for both individual and team goals, forecasting, negotiating and closing deals! Your skills and experiences might also include: • Sales savvy – some experience, ideally in SaaS, able to successfully build and maintain leads. • Hospitality enthusiast: knowing the hospitality world, the trends and how to stay ahead. • CRM knowledge: you’ll be familiar with CRM tools – Hubspot would be a real asset – to help keep everything organized and on track. • Communication guru: whether talking to a prospect or closing a deal, you’ll have the skills to connect at all levels – with enthusiasm and professionalism. • Goal focus: you’ll thrive on hitting targets and get personal satisfaction closing sales and seeing your efforts paying off – for you and your team.   In short – what else is in it for you? • Amazing culture, sales days, watch parties! • Access Wear – free vouchers for you to spend every year. • International opportunities – Access offices across the globe! • High Achievers Lunches quarterly, Presidents Club awards annually.
