Apply to find out more. About you: The purpose of this role is to deliver high quality consulting services that meet client requirements and support effective ongoing client relationships. Furthermore, this role is also designed to maintain effective communications with clients and maximise revenue opportunities. You are an experienced software consultant and/or practitioner in Recruitment, and excellent communicator. You are passionate about delivering high quality projects. You understand how to deliver solutions to our customers. You take pride in your work and enjoy working as part of team of a Professional Services team delivering quality software that will make a difference to our customers. Day-to-day, you will: Expertise and Implementation: Be a product expert on Access Recruitment software solutions, understanding customer business objectives and how Access software supports them. Implement software solutions using controlled, repeatable processes while troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth transitions. Customer Engagement and Communication: Build strong client relationships through professional, proactive communication, timely support, and effective client education and training. Foster a partnership approach where clients rely on Access for their recruitment software needs. Project Management and Collaboration: Manage and coordinate small to medium projects independently or with team members, supporting larger projects alongside Project Managers. Demonstrate ownership, responsibility, and effective decision-making to meet deliverables while maintaining systems and schedules. Development and Commercial Awareness: Cross-train to enhance skills, deliver chargeable services, and identify sales opportunities within and across divisions. Share best practices within the Recruitment team, identify risk mitigation strategies, and adapt to global collaboration needs, primarily supporting a UK customer base. Your skills and experiences might also include:    Industry Knowledge and Technical Aptitude: Possess a strong understanding of recruitment agency processes or experience in Recruitment and/or Payroll industries. A technical background is beneficial for working with data migration tools and developing customer reports. Operational and Problem-Solving Expertise: Demonstrate high operational experience, manage customer issues to completion, and identify system and process improvements to enhance efficiency in fast-paced, complex environments. People and Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, building rapport across all organisational levels. Communicate persuasively and compellingly, with strong written communication and attention to detail. Professionalism and Resilience: Stay calm and polite under pressure, consistently maintaining professionalism while managing tasks and people effectively.
