You are proactive and have a real passion to make things better, every day. Day-to-day, you will: • Help to develop a consistent approach to M&A reward which supports the growth and scale of Access • Review acquisition due diligence outcomes and identify areas for concern • Hold discovery sessions with acquired CEOs / HR Function to understand how acquired company currently rewards and recognises workforce • Develop a reward strategy for full integration for all employees into Access for Day 1 (or target date) • Partner with external broker to make Reward recommendations for highly complex acquisitions • Complete analysis to identify the total reward impact for acquired employees • Partner with Reward CoE to develop recommendation for approach needed for successful integration on all Reward/recognition items • Act as main point of contact for all reward queries throughout the integration lifecycle • Drive excellent employee experience by creating, managing and executing simple communications and change management initiatives for reward • Provide schedule of benefit plan providers and oversee transfer of benefit plan ownership to Reward CoE • Develop recommended benefit plan design aligned to local market practice for new territories Skills and Experience: • Strong communication, negotiation, problem solving and relationship building skills. • Experience working cross-functionally, understanding complex matrixed organisations, and implementing best-in-class reward practices • Experience in project and programme management • Ideally have M&A experience • Ability to perform in an ambiguous, fast paced environment and make transformative decisions quickly and against competing priorities. • Ability to influence, problem solve and successfully collaborate and communicate across all levels. • Ability to flux between pragmatic and strategic thinking, taking into account a variety of external and changing factors • Excellent knowledge and experience of creation of benefits plans using external benchmarks and personal network What does Access offer you?
