We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     Day-to-day, you will:  · Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code based on requirements. · Improve, maintain, and refactor existing functionality. · Work closely with Agile teams consisting of a Product Owner, Team Lead, Developers and QAs, ensuring that you contribute to all Agile Ceremonies.. · Proactively contribute to Technical Roadmap, demonstrating good understanding of technical, commercial and risk factors, and recommending priorities Your skills and experiences might also include:   · Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. · 4 years of experience in software development. · Experience with C# and .NET Framework, Microsoft SQL Server · Experience with React UI & React JS development · Confident in ability to Design, write and unit-test new code using most of the following languages: SQL, JavaScript, React, Typescript Key performance indicators: · Follow guidance from Senior team members · Mentor and assist Junior team members · Develop quality code · Engage in and contribute to the team meetings What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
