About you:
Are you ready to drive strategic transformation and deliver technical solutions for a leading construction software platform? As a Development Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of innovation—leveraging our APIs and Workflow Engine tools to build integrations and automate business processes. You'll work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and design tailored solutions that embed our market-leading COINS software into their infrastructure—helping them work smarter, faster, and more efficiently.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Work closely with key stakeholders and clients using our industry-leading COINS software.
- Participate in customer-facing meetings to gather and understand detailed business requirements.
- Use your product and technical expertise to design and document best-practice solutions.
- Develop customized solutions based on agreed-upon requirements.
- Provide training and support to solution managers, developers, and product managers to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
- Deliver end-user training and support where necessary.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities with responsiveness and professionalism.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as sound business and technical judgment.
Your skills and experiences include:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of software development experience, with at least 1 year of experience working with an industry standard RDMS.
- Programming Proficiency: Strong command of one or more programming languages (e.g. C#, SQL, React, Typescript, Python, JavaScript).
- Code Quality and Standards: Deep understanding of coding standards, best practices, and software design patterns.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with database query language.
- Process and manipulate data in Excel.
- A working understanding or mastery of automation and database management.
Preferred Locations: Eastern or Central time zones.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $107,000. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. Any compensation outside the stated range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
