About You:

We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Programme Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple finance projects within our organisation, ensuring they’re completed on time and on budget. You will be responsible for programme planning, risk management, resource scheduling, budget management, stakeholder management and at times being the point of escalation for related project delivery. Ideal candidate will have strong background in finance project management, with experience in managing complex finance programmes.



Day-to-day, you:

  • Maintain the Programme Plan tracking progress and ensuring good communications with all external and internal stakeholders.
  • Undertake management of projects, ensuring delivery milestones are met within the agreed project time/cost/quality constraints
  • Identify and ensure Programme and project risks and issues are identified and documented
  • Manage multiple financial projects, ensuring progress according to overall plan
  • Utilise excellent communication skills with other team members
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Stakeholders
  • Work to exacting standards to ensure excellent customer and user experience
  • Prepare & present programme reports and financial analysis to senior stakeholders


Skills and Experience: 


  • Previous Programme/Project Management delivery experience in a software environment  
  • Experience in complex financial programme management is essential
  • Possess strong Leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross functional teams
  • Strong focus on delivery - Driven and able to adopt practical and pragmatic approach
  • Good communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Great relationship building skills
  • Good project planning and forecasting skills
  • Strong budget management and forecasting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
