Purpose · To provide comprehensive & confidential support to the ERP Leadership Team, to enable them to work productively Accountabilities & Deliverables · Manage all travel requirements including complex international travel (as needed) in line with travel policy guidelines for the ERP Senior Leaders · Support the team with diary coordination · Manage expenses of the Senior Leaders in a timely manner · Effectively manage conflicting priorities & deadlines · Undertake, plan & deliver discrete assignments · Work with other functional areas to ensure any requests for the team are managed effectively · Manage PA/EA relationships with client companies & other external parties, as well as maintain a good rapport with the internal PA/EA community Additional duties: · Where possible, arrange & co-ordinate events · Where applicable, assist other functional areas to undertake, plan & deliver discrete assignments · Provide guidance on the Access Group Policies and Procedures Core Skills, Knowledge & Attributes · Professional in approach · Strong organisational skills · Good communication & interpersonal skills · Able to deal with sensitive & complex situations · Time & work management skills · Secretarial & administrative skills · Ability to work under pressure proactively · Confident in abilities · Able to use initiative · Articulate · Proven ability to maintain confidentiality, impartiality & discretion Entry Criteria · 3 years previous experience at PA/EA level to a senior director is essential · Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office · Professional communication manner · Experience with dealing with different time zones · Excellent typing skills, speed & accuracy essential What does Access offer you?
