Access Hospitality, a division of The Access Group, is looking for a Strategic Sales Executive focused on our Acteol CRM, Single Customer View, Loyalty & Customer Engagement solutions to the Hospitality & Leisure industry actively developing relationships and closing opportunities within hospitality and leisure industry organisations and companies across the UK.

 

You will have the ability to sell and inspire, motivate and drive growth in this amazing market where we support our clients through accelerated growth and increased operational efficiencies. Coming from a SaaS background with experience in selling relevant CRM, Customer Data, Loyalty & Marketing Automation platforms , you will have a track record in over exceeding targets.

 

In addition to being brilliant at identifying, developing and closing business, you are especially passionate about customer data, its value and how to leverage it to drive sales and are highly skilled at articulating and demonstrating this to a range of prospect stakeholders and personas.  Someone who is solutions and results focused but with a sound technical understanding. And most importantly a strategic thinker who has the ability and confidence to engage strategically across a range of stakeholders from single site to large enterprise organisations to listen and understand about their business and needs, identify opportunities, articulate complex solutions and demonstrate value and ROI.

 

You will be someone who can:

 

  • Develop and articulate in-depth knowledge of the CRM, Loyalty & Customer Engagement solution functionality, features, benefits and value
  • Expertly demonstrate the ROI from specialist software investment
  • Understand and be able to discuss the prospects tech stack
  • Have an overview understanding of third party data integration processes
  • Confidently demonstrate the software in context of the audience
  • Scope and produce a multi solution proposal and manage through to contract
  • Develop, nurture and manage own pipeline of opportunities across the entire sales cycle
  • Identify and qualify net new business
  • Build your own network of prospects and partners within the industry
  • Leverage and qualify leads generated from marketing and SDR team activity
  • Support the Hospitality Division Account Management team with upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Have the gravitas and empathy to engage at all levels of an organisation
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation, bid submission, presentation, and contractual negotiations
  • Develop strong long-term relationships with decision makers through regular contact, dialogue, meetings and networking with key influencers
  • Capture and report back on client/prospect product feedback
  • Build and maintain a knowledge bank of competitor product features and functionality in comparison to Acteol
  • Provide management information on pipeline, activity forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the market place
  • Attend exhibitions and industry seminars

 

The Individual:

 

  • You will have significant experience selling CRM, Email/Social Media Platforms, Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, Loyalty or similar platforms  into the hospitality, leisure or retail sector
  • A consistently Top Performer with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding personal target
    • You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyse business opportunities and develop an appropriate sales plan, able to prioritise in fast-paced environment where priorities often conflict
  • Appreciation for customer data and marketing activity is a must
  • Ability to manage to deadlines and priorities with a professional sense of urgency
  • You will naturally have a challenger mentality and be able to expertly engage prospects in relevant reasons to act
  • Have a good level of technical understanding of IT systems, integrations and platforms
    • Work closely with cross-functional internal stakeholders and build your own internal and external network
    • Leverage marketing automation and sales enablement tools to effectively manage leads
    • Have the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices
    • Confident in board room situations with strong presentation skills
    • Always striving for the best customer experience!
    • Innovative, driven and flexible, accurate and hardworking and able to cope with pressure in a continually changing environments
    • Previous relevant experience in a B2B SaaS sales role
    • 3+ years field sales experience within the retail and / or hospitality sector
    • Winning competitive, complex sales opportunities with large companies
    • Able to work on own initiative
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Ability to work as part of a team
    • Excellent communication skills, telephone, email, social media and written
    • Act with integrity, loyalty and honesty
