The role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic data-driven individual who wants to learn and experience a fast paced and thriving technology business / Saas. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by managing various data administration, validating new client accounts and contracts, ensuring timely payment collection, and collaborating on processes across the wider business. We provide training on a range of modern software used to power our business and the opportunity to work with and learn from multiple departments. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.   Key responsibilities:  • Maintain and update databases with accurate information. • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all administrative tasks. • Conduct daily validation of new client accounts and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies. • Verify that clients are paying the correct amounts and investigate any discrepancies. • Prepare and send vouchers and prizes to customers in a timely manner. • Prepare and send reminders for overdue payments. • Liaise with relevant departments to validate data. • Process the cancellation of client accounts and ensure all related payments are set up or terminated appropriately. • Support your team and the wider organisation with process changes and process documentation.   Your skills and experiences might also include:   • This role could suit someone who has recently just graduated who has an interest in tech • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Proven problem-solving mindset. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy. • Willingness to learn how to use various platforms proficiently, with training provided. • Experience using HubSpot and Stripe would be ideal, but not necessary.
