You’re naturally curious, commercially aware, and confident engaging with NHS and healthcare stakeholders, with a knack for uncovering opportunities and building strong relationships. Whether or not you have direct healthcare experience, your ability to connect with people and drive meaningful conversations is what sets you apart. You’re energised by the challenge of front-line sales - from researching prospects to booking high-quality meetings that lead to new business. Proactive and organised, you make full use of CRM tools to manage your outreach and pipeline effectively. You're always seeking to improve, open to feedback, and bring a positive, collaborative approach to working with colleagues across sales, marketing, and product. Day-to-day, you will: • Research target organisations in healthcare to understand their needs and fit for Access solutions. • Engage key stakeholders through outbound outreach to create opportunities. • Book high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives by qualifying prospect needs. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track outreach and next steps. • Follow up on campaign activity and inbound leads in collaboration with marketing. • Participate in regular coaching sessions to develop skills and build confidence. • Share prospect insights and market feedback to inform sales and marketing strategy. • Contribute to a high-performance culture where team wins are celebrated.   Your skills and experiences likely include: • Prior experience in a lead generation, sales development, or customer-facing role would be preferrable. • Comfortable with cold outreach - including calls, emails, and social media — to generate new interest and book meetings. • Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can craft personalised messaging and hold engaging conversations. • Familiarity with using Salesforce or similar CRMs to manage your activity and report on performance. • Highly organised with strong diary and pipeline management skills. • Motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient - you bounce back quickly and maintain momentum. • Enthusiastic team player with the confidence to work independently and a desire to contribute to team success. • Knowledge of structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) is helpful but not required - we’ll support your development.
