We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.     About you: As a Senior CRM Account Manager, you provide proactive support and manage the requirements of key stakeholders on a daily basis. You have a solid understanding of the client’s overall data structure and the associated activities implemented to drive additional visits and spending. You also stay informed about the broader macro environment in which your clients operate, enabling you to advise on new activities that will enhance CRM results. Building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders for each client, as well as with the Projects Delivery team, is essential to ensure both day-to-day operations and projects are successfully delivered. Day-to-day, you will: • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as their go-to person for customer data support and advice. • Provide proactive assistance, including guidance on campaign best practices, multi-channel engagement, audience targeting, data validation, and campaign analysis. • Educate and train clients on using the CRM software, while troubleshooting implementation issues for a seamless transition to regular usage. • Regularly review CRM performance to highlight benefits for clients and identify opportunities for improving processes and promoting additional services Your skills and experiences might also include: • Knowledge in CRM and digital marketing is key as we are experts in all things customer data and digital engagement • A working knowledge of excel and being comfortable working with numbers is important as data is at the heart of what we do! • Ideal candidate will either come from an agency background or a role where they manage multiple projects at once • Experience managing others is advantageous as is commercial experience What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
