CRM Account Executive

About you:
You are a Project Executive with experience in managing tasks and assisting on larger projects, from the start to the finish. You are organised and thorough when creating project plans and supporting documents. You take a proactive approach to ensure deadlines are met and keep key stakeholders informed. You feel confident in reviewing initial requests and suggesting the best solutions to meet your clients' needs.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Manage tasks from initial kick off stage, through to completion.
• Support Senior Project Delivery Managers on larger scale projects.
• Assist with creating detailed project plans and process documentation.
• Be a key point of contact between internal teams, providing detailed updates on all tasks and milestones.
• Be the go-to module expert for the modules that you work on.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Ideally You will have knowledge in CRM and data
• Project delivery background
• Experienced using PMS systems to manage projects and provide updates
• An ability to effectively plan and organise workloads in line with deadlines
• Experience in creating detailed project plans and process documentation
