You enjoy solving problems, are motivated by goals, and love helping people see the value in what you offer. You're calm under pressure and keen to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Day-to-day, you will: • Handle customer cancellation and downsell requests to retain business and reduce churn • Engage with customers via phone or video call, listening to their concerns and offering tailored solutions • Use proven playbooks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met • Log customer interactions and feedback in Salesforce to support data-driven retention strategies Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experience in customer service, retention, or sales (1+ years ideal) • Strong verbal and written English communication • A calm, resilient, and target-driven mindset • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce What are we all about?
