Our team sits within the Access People Division, responsible for delivering new customers onto our PXD platform. We are a team of consultants, who work hard, enjoy working together and truly believe in what we are doing to help customers adopt, use and benefit from our software solutions. To be successful in this role, you will be required to have a detailed knowledge of time and attendance software management solutions – software solutions used to record leave schemes, working patterns, and occupational absence. Experience in clocking and Roster software would also be of benefit but not critical. You should also have a strong consultancy and/or implementation. About you: • Deliver Workforce Management software implementations using Access methodology, including training and client workshops • Understand core WFM concepts such as leave recording, absence tracking, scheduling, and time exception management • Manage project tasks to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery while maintaining accurate records • Provide best practice advice and process improvement recommendations based on industry standards • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to enhance delivery, share feedback, and support product development Day-to-day, you will: • Deliver software implementation projects using Access methodology, including installations, upgrades, and user training • Communicate directly with clients to guide them through processes, best practices, and software adoption • Troubleshoot technical issues, test new functionality, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries • Use AI and automation tools to enhance delivery efficiency and improve implementation practices • Act as a key technical contact, supporting clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience   Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experience in customer-facing SaaS consultancy or implementation, including E2E system testing and UAT • Strong time management, prioritisation, and autonomous working capabilities • Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem-solving with a customer-focused approach • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with desirable experience in SQL, PL/SQL, or report writing • Confident communicator with experience presenting to stakeholders from end users to C-level What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
