We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.    About the Position: This dynamic role provides essential analytical and coordination support to the UK Reward Adviser while contributing to global reward initiatives through data analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will support UK reward queries from both the business and Employee Success Business Partners, managing complex data analysis, supporting annual compensation cycles, and administering our global recognition platform. This position requires strong Excel expertise, benefits experience, and comfort presenting to senior leadership while working collaboratively across reward functions to deliver exceptional service that drives business success. Key accountabilities and responsibilities: •Provide comprehensive analytical and coordination support, managing data analysis, query resolution, and project support across all UK reward activities •Support with coordination and analysis for global reward projects, ensuring accurate data compilation and timely delivery of project milestones •Serve as first point of contact for UK business reward queries from both the business and Employee Success Business Partners, providing guidance and escalating complex matters to the UK Reward Adviser as required •Conduct sophisticated data analysis using advanced Excel techniques on large datasets, creating insights and reporting that inform reward strategy and decision-making •Support annual bonus planning and pay planning cycles through data preparation, analysis, and coordination activities across multiple stakeholder groups •Manage and administer our global recognition platform Applause, ensuring seamless operation, user support, and optimisation of leader engagement with instant recognition and points-based rewards •Coordinate reward project tasks including timeline management, stakeholder communication, and deliverable preparation to support global reward initiatives •Prepare presentations to senior audiences, effectively communicating reward data, insights, and recommendations with confidence and clarity •With support from our UK Reward Adviser, handle UK benefits administration queries and support, leveraging benefits experience to provide accurate guidance and resolution •Maintain accurate reward documentation and process records, ensuring data integrity and supporting audit requirements across all activities Key performance indicators: •UK business and ESBP satisfaction scores reflecting exceptional support and service delivery (target: 95%+ positive feedback on responsiveness and accuracy) •Query resolution efficiency and accuracy for UK reward matters (target: 90% of queries resolved within 24 hours with 98% accuracy rate) •Data analysis quality and delivery (target: 100% on-time delivery with zero data accuracy issues) •Annual compensation cycle support effectiveness including bonus and pay planning coordination •Applause platform administration success including user engagement and issue resolution •Global project coordination effectiveness and milestone achievement (target: 100% on-time delivery of assigned project tasks) •Presentation quality and impact when preparing for a diverse audience (target: 90%+ positive feedback on clarity and professionalism) •Benefits query resolution accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction Skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications: •Bachelor's degree/Honours degree in HR, Business, Economics, or related field with 2-3 years of experience in reward, compensation, or HR analytics roles •Advanced Excel proficiency with demonstrated expertise in complex data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling, and large dataset management •Previous experience in reward or compensation roles with practical knowledge of salary planning, bonus administration, and benefits programs •Benefits administration experience with understanding of employee benefit schemes, queries resolution, and stakeholder support •Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights •Excellent communication and presentation building skills •Project coordination experience with ability to manage multiple competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder requirements effectively •Customer service orientation with proven ability to serve as first point of contact for queries while maintaining high service standards •Experience with recognition platforms or similar HR technology solutions preferred, with willingness to learn and master new systems •Strong attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy and quality in all analytical and administrative activities What are we all about?  The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
