Day-to-day, you will: •Deliver exceptional multichannel support for a growing customer base of UK recruitment agencies, covering payroll software across multiple platforms via web tickets, chat, and phone—resolving queries efficiently in line with SLAs and ensuring accurate documentation or escalation as needed. •Proactively improve the customer experience by identifying case trends, researching recurring challenges, and contributing to continuous enhancements—promoting the Access Customer Success Portal (including assisting with registration), attaching knowledge articles, and flagging needs for new content. •Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and stakeholders to drive timely resolutions to customer issues, uphold Access Customer Service standards, exceed support objectives, and ensure consistent quality. •Enable customer success and empowerment by guiding users to maximize software benefits, sharing relevant resources, and fostering adoption of self-service tools to optimize support outcomes. As a well-rounded Technical Support Engineer, your Skills and Experiences likely include: •Develop and apply strong technical knowledge, quickly mastering our software, debugging tools, and SQL/data structures to support efficient troubleshooting. •Demonstrate adaptability and resilience, self-planning work, responding pragmatically to shifting priorities, and maintaining effectiveness under pressure. •Model and uphold high standards of professional conduct, consistently delivering value, excellence, and best practices in all initiatives. •Communicate confidently and collaboratively, remaining calm and enthusiastic during busy periods, and fostering teamwork while handling challenging queries with warmth and clarity.
