The role involves a broad scope of activities, requiring the ability to rapidly shift priorities and effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who can quickly adapt to changing conditions and devise practical solutions. This position is aligned with US business hours to provide effective support to our US-based teams and customers. Candidates must be comfortable working in this time zone. Day-to-day, you will:  • Lead Implementations: Drive successful implementations, ensuring project tasks are prioritized and timelines are managed effectively. • Project Oversight: Oversee project plans, manage scope, and change requests, and estimate the impacts of scope changes on timelines and costs. • Client Communication: Ensure effective communication with clients, often requiring on-site visits to client meetings to ensure projects are implemented within contractual obligations. • Multitasking: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, while also participating in internal projects as needed. • Resource Management: Manage project resources efficiently to ensure successful project outcomes. Your skills and experiences might also include:   • 3-5 years of CRS experience in the hospitality sector. Knowledge of hospitality or distribution technology is advantageous. • Experience with SaaS and the hospitality sector. Proven project manager with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software. • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects, understand client objectives, and collaborate effectively with product and operations teams. • Energetic: Energetic performer with a positive attitude, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team environment. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to react and adjust quickly to changing conditions. • Excellent communication and client management skills. • Experience with scope management, change management, and resource management.
