Position Summary:
As our Technical Product Manager for the Integrations Platform, you'll be the strategic architect behind one of our most critical assets - a platform that powers over 250 integrations in the warehouse management space. This isn't just about managing a product; it's about creating beautiful, seamless connections that help businesses thrive.
Your mission is to drive the strategic direction and flawless execution of our integration’s ecosystem. You'll be responsible for ensuring every integration delivers exceptional value, from established marketplace giants to emerging niche solutions.

You'll think strategically about the future of integrations while executing with precision on today's priorities. Your success will be measured not just in technical achievements, but in the real business impact you create for the many of customers who depend on seamless integrations to run their operations.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
• Define and achieve your organisational key results for our integrations platform ecosystem, part of the Small Business Division softco.
• Engage regularly with customers, integration partners, and internal stakeholders to define roadmaps, gather feedback, and solve complex connectivity challenges.
• You will work with sales, support, marketing, customer success teams, and engineering as key stakeholders who input into your platform roadmap while articulating integration value propositions.
• You will partner closely with engineering and technology leadership around delivery estimates and technical priorities, balancing new feature development with platform stability, performance, security, and scalability requirements
• Stay abreast with industry trends, competitive moves, and emerging technologies in warehouse management and integration spaces to inform your strategic direction
• Responsible for the entire integration lifecycle including partner onboarding, go-to-market strategies, platform evolution, and strategic sunset of legacy connections
Key outcomes:
• Build best in class, next gen integrations platform in KL, taking over the ownership and management of all integrations, past and present.
• Reduction in customer churn and improved customer satisfaction scores related to integration experience.
• Attainment of platform service levels including uptime, performance, and reliability (with Engineering team).
• Reduction in integration-related support escalations and improved partner onboarding success rates.
• Explore growth of integrations as service to other SBD products beyond.
• Investigate selling the integrations service as a commercial service outside on SBD.
Skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications:
• 7+ years demonstrable experience in technical product management, preferably with integration platforms, APIs, or B2B SaaS solutions.
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong people management and stakeholder influence experience across technical and business teams.
• Track record of bringing complex technical products to market with successful go-to-market strategies.
• Solid understanding of API design, integration architecture, and platform scalability requirements.
• Understanding of P&L management, budget setting and tracking, with ability to create sound business cases.
• Experience with modern integration technologies (REST APIs, webhooks, cloud platforms) and B2B software business models.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and manage external partner relationships.
• Growth mindset with passion for creating seamless customer experiences and solving real business problems.
• Experience and/or strong desire to work within an AI driven development framework a big plus.
