About you: You will deliver key aspects of implementation projects to a high standard, within agreed timelines and handle technical tasks like installing and deploying software solutions, while also communicating directly with customers and offering process guidance. Strong time management is essential, as you'll manage multiple projects each week. You should be comfortable working independently, raising risks early to ensure smooth delivery. As part of the Healthcare team, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to share technical details and support the delivery of complex projects. This role supports healthcare trusts using our solutions to achieve better outcomes for patients and care teams. Day-to-day, you will: • Deliver complex and large-scale implementations on time and within budget, including system installation, configuration, project and customer testing, process improvements, and documentation. • Develop a deep understanding of Access software and its integration with customer systems, while performing initial triage of issues and collaborating with internal teams to resolve and apply fixes. • Manage software deployments, troubleshoot technical issues end-to-end, and demonstrate problem-solving techniques across database management, hardware, infrastructure, and server administration. • Apply your knowledge of internet protocols, security standards, web technologies (IIS), and clinical applications, with flexibility to support out-of-hours deployments and project go-lives. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Proven experience working in complex project environments with clear objectives and deadlines, demonstrating ownership, proactivity, flexibility, and responsibility. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a positive, articulate approach and excellent customer-facing abilities. • Excellent problem-solving skills, including reviewing and analysing log files, with a solid understanding of web technologies, networking, server-side architecture, and familiarity with SSL/TLS certificates. • Advanced MS SQL Server skills, including writing queries, troubleshooting performance, data manipulation, and managing backups and restores. Desirable: • Desirable working knowledge of tools such as Fiddler, Wireshark, Postman or SOAP UI • Worked with integration engines, particularly Mirth • Understanding of XML, working with APIs, understanding of network diagrams and HL7 Messaging • Familiarity with Octopus deployment software What are we all about?
