Join the Access family and see how we make software ideas become a reality! Our core values of ‘love work, love life’ have been central to our success and we’re looking for people to join us who share our passion for making things better every day.
What are we all about?
The Access Group is a leading provider of business management software to small and mid-sized organizations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific. A dynamic and innovative B2B SaaS company, Access is dedicated to delivering software solutions that help our more than 100,000 customers across commercial and non-profit sectors become more productive and efficient.
With 20+ years of uninterrupted growth, we are seeking a Software Implementation Consultant to support our growing Americas region in the Construction division. COINS (Construction Industry Solutions) provides end-to-end construction business solutions that add true value. COINS Construction Cloud is an industry leading construction software that enables a construction business to reduce costs, boost quality and help with crucial, time-sensitive decisions throughout the construction life cycle. More than simply a construction ERP, we offer a powerful software solution that enables construction companies, their subcontractors, suppliers and workforce to work better together on site, off site, on the road and in the office.
About You:
You enjoy working with clients to deliver value through thoughtful implementation of software solutions—and ideally have a background in Construction Operations or Field Service Management. You’re comfortable guiding organizations through complex ERP projects and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to guide the setup and use of COINS ERP, with a focus on Operations and Service Management modules. You’ll lead configuration, training, and solution design efforts, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle. If you're looking for a role where you can apply industry expertise, work alongside talented peers, and help clients get real value from their ERP investment, we’d love to hear from you.
Day to day, you will:
- Deliver hands-on consulting for COINS Operations and Service Management modules.
- Guide clients through system setup, configuration, and best practices aligned to business goals.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and user training for software implementations.
- Create and deliver high-quality documentation and communications (e.g., site visit reports, configuration specs, training materials).
- Monitor project timelines and flag any issues or risks proactively.
- Mentor and support junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in internal testing and feedback cycles during the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, Support, and other teams to improve outcomes for customers.
Your skills and experience will include:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in one of the following areas, OR 5+ years without a degree: Software Consulting, Construction Operations (commercial preferred), Field Service/Service Management.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and a drive to learn.
Preferred:
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Prior experience with software support, configuration, or implementation.
Preferred Locations: Eastern or Central time zones
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship for this opportunity.
