About You:
As an Implementation Consultant in our Construction division (COINS – ERP solution for the construction industry), you’ll leverage technology to drive innovation and efficiency, delivering tangible value to clients, helping them achieve their business objectives through the effective adoption of software solutions. You thrive in client-facing roles, guiding businesses through the successful adoption of ERP solutions that deliver real, measurable value. Your expertise in financial modules and business processes allows you to translate client needs into effective software configurations, ensuring seamless implementations.
In this role, you will guide construction industry clients in the set-up and use of COINS modules with new implementations. The Consultant has primary responsibility for performing COINS Financials product areas and business consulting as an individual contributor or as part of a team during software implementation projects or other assignments. Typical activities will include guiding customers in the set-up and use of COINS software, requirements gathering and solution design, as well as customer staff training. You will utilize your subject matter expertise to support co-workers across the Construction ERP organization and help to train less experienced consultants.
Day to day, you will:
- Provide hands-on technical consulting across the Construction Financials product modules.
- Achieve and continually develop subject matter expertise in Construction Financials, attaining deep, specialized knowledge of Construction ERP customer businesses as well as with the products and solutions that support them.
- Guide project team and customer representatives through product implementations and other assignments, providing solutions that successfully meet identified business requirements.
- Work is currently being performed virtually, however if/when required, travel to customer locations to perform on-site consulting activities as laid out in the agreed visit scope of work. Present content effectively, efficiently and professionally, diligently completing any post-assignment follow-up work.
- Provide clear and concise written customer communication of all types including but not limited to product presentations, Consulting Site Visit Reports, Business Cases, Documentation along with general e-mail and instant messaging.
- Ensure assigned tasks and activities are completed within agreed timescales and adhere to working practices. Escalate project issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Aid in the onboarding and other training activities for new members of the team.
- Participate in the continual process improvement of standards and good working practices across the Consultancy group.
- Routinely participate in the Construction ERP software development life cycle by assisting the QA Team with evaluating software changes against agreed test plans.
- Workflow design partnering with the Business Intelligence team.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University/College and a minimum of two years working in any of the following environments OR a minimum of five years working in one of the following environments without a bachelor’s degree: Software Consulting or Construction Financials,
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; able to articulate technical concepts in non-technical terms.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, perform in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to situations as they arise.
- Creative problem solver with strong team skills.
- Resourceful; quick learner; self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills are crucial.
- A strong financial aptitude, business and technical judgment, negotiation skills and problem-solving ability.
Preferred:
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
- Prior software support/software implementation experience is a plus.
- Cost Accounting and Construction Accounting Systems knowledge.
- Understanding of Trial Balance and Financial Statement interpretation.
- Understanding of Document Management and OCR applications.
- Good technical skills in understanding Database Tables and Fields.
- Report writing and Business Intelligence knowledge.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, experience, and skill set. In rare cases, offers may be extended above this range to candidates with exceptional skills or experience. Any compensation outside the stated range will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
