About you:
You’re an experienced Sales Manager who thrives in a high-energy, high activity environment, you’ll lead a high-performing inside sales team focused on new business in the learning and development technology sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven leader who is passionate about developing sales talent.
You’ll be responsible for driving performance through structured coaching, leveraging modern sales technology, and embedding a culture of excellence in prospecting and consultative selling.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales professionals to consistently exceed new business targets.
• Drive a new business-first sales strategy, ensuring strong pipeline generation and disciplined sales execution.
• Implement and manage activity-based KPIs, ensuring a high cadence of quality outreach and follow-up.
• Use sales enablement and coaching tools (e.g., CRM, call intelligence, sequencing platforms) to improve team performance and sales effectiveness.
• Foster a data-driven, tech-enabled sales culture, using insights to guide coaching and decision-making.
• Collaborate with marketing to align outbound campaigns and messaging with sales goals.
• Deliver accurate forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Champion a solution-based sales approach, guiding the team through multi-touch, consultative sales cycles.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Demonstrated success in managing and developing inside sales teams in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment.
• Strong background in new business sales, with a focus on outbound prospecting and pipeline creation.
• Deep understanding of modern sales tools and techniques, including outreach platforms, CRM, and call analytics.
• Experience managing high-volume sales cycles.
• A natural coach with a passion for developing emerging sales talent and building high-performance teams.
• Industry experience in learning tech is a plus, but comparable SaaS experience is equally valued.
