About you:
You are a self-motivated, technically minded individual, with a passion for software development and a keen sense of pride in the work you do.
You are a team player who thrives on close collaboration with your colleagues and takes shared ownership of the development pipeline along with the team.
You are focused on delivering high-quality solutions to given times lines and are comfortable working in an agile scrum environment.
Day-to-day, you will:
Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using Agile methodologies and a variety of technologies.
Engage in requirement analysis, understanding scope, risk, and complexity, and provide constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects across application layers, ensuring root cause analysis.
Identify and implement refactoring opportunities to enhance maintainability.
Contribute to sprint planning, take ownership of tasks, and manage dependencies, risks, and security concerns.
Champion a quality-first mindset, collaborating with QA and testing both your own and peers’ work.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
· Strong skills in developing quality applications using C#
· Familiar with .Net Framework web application development
· Experience with SQL Server development using a database first approach
· Confident in developing web applications using JavaScript and CSS
